According to Maran Harav shlit”a, any prozbul that a person completes is valid, and he can use it to continue to collect debts owed to him, in accordance with the takkana of Hillel HaZaken. Nevertheless, if possible, preference should be given to the documents in the following order (starting from the top):
One who cannot send a messenger to Beis Din, should pass his debts to Beis Din Darchei Torah before 3 witnesses, with the following document
According to the Shulchan Aruch HaRav and the Kitzur Sh”A, one may fill out a prozbul in front of any three people who then serve as a Beis Din for this purpose (this is the minhag of b’nei Ashkenaz)
Furthermore, according to Maran HaRav shlit”a, one who plans to make financial transactions and loans after the time of completing the prozbul document should complete the following additional document
